You can use the player 2 inputs to set up a dummy to use. To use it, just start up FBA with 3rd strike by yourself, then download this file and run it after the emulator is running. There is a training mode hack for 3rd Strike that works by hooking into the final burn alpha emulator. Alternatively you can open up either ggpofba.exe or ggpofba-ng.exe in the fightcade folder and loading the game manually in the Final Burn Alpha Emulator (Shortcut is F6) If you want to play a game by yourself, you can go to the room for that game and type /play. You always use the Player 1 controls while netplaying someone else, even if you're player 2 in-game. You can save your bindings by going to Misc > Save Input Mappings Now, and also enabling auto-saving of inputs from the same menu. You can test if a controller is working from the USB game controller setup in your control panel. Final Burn Alpha (fightcade's emulator) does not support hotswapping, so if a controller comes unplugged mid-game, or is not plugged in when the emulator starts, it will not be detected and you will need to restart the emulator (just the emulator, not all of fightcade). You can bind your controls ingame from the file menu, or by hitting F5. You can also spectate games in progress, and be challenged by other people. Once put in the folder, you can play them in Fightcade by joining the appropriate lobby (Settings > Hide games with missing roms, makes it easier to find the lobbies you have roms for) and double clicking the name of the person you want to challenge. Unzipping them will cause them not to work. To play them, just stick them in the Roms folder of Fightcade.
